Establishing a Rule to Forward . . .

R

Renegade

I am currently on Outlook 2003 and I have established a rule to forward
certain messages to another individual's mailbox. The problem, I would like
to retain a copy of the forwarded message in my In-Box, or another folder.
Is this possible, and if so, what steps should I use to achieve same. Thank
you in advance for any ideas.

they should be kept by default - if not, see tools, options, email options,
advanced - save forwarded messages should be checked.

You don't need to do anything. Outlook retains copies of forwarded messages
unless you explicitly delete them in the same rule.
