Estimate at Complete

We are using MSP 2002 and want to use the 'analyze timescaled data' wizard to create an earned value chart. I wanted to include Estimate at Complete but can't find it in the selections would like to include the Estimate at Complete in the 'selelct the fields to be exported' window.
Is there a way around this restriction so that we can tell sr. mgt what it really wants to know: how much more will this cost me?
thank you for your help

Estimate at complete is kind of tricky. There are a few different ways to
calculate it. You can simply use remaining cost.
If you want to multiply that by the cpi or something like that you can do it
in excel with a formula.
The first thing I would do is settle on how you plan to estimate and then
you can modify the export to excel to give you the numbers you want.
Personally I wrote a little routine to export EV stuff in a simplified form.
It seems to work better than using the analyze timescaled data since there
is less post processing to do.

On 11/10, Jack replied to my question about Estimate at Complete with the statement that he has written a routine to export the earned value numbers so that he can use them. Jack, can you give me any additional information about that? Such as: What kind of routine? how does it work, and anything else that could help me replicate that concept without making myself crazy
Thanks

I just posted a response to your question dated 11/13.

It is a visual basic routine. For more information about VBA go to the
macros page on my site (see signature).
There is some good vba training material that microsoft provides. The FAQ
site (http://mvps.org/project) has a link to this on the links/training page
(not sure exactly what the URL is but it is there somewhere.
