Etiquette on these Access Newsgroups

R

Robin Chapple

Having previously been growled at for an innocent use of these
newsgroups that did not fit the norm I am now in a quandary.

I started a thread which has resulted in 15 messages so far. the
advice has been good and the problems are self inflicted. The current
problem has been unaddressed for three days and I am reluctant to ask
again for fear of another growl.

If a length of time passes without a response am I reasonable if I
start a new thread with just the current problem?

My apologies, Robin; I growled and then left the thread unanswered. I
was out of line and - looking at the thread - downright rude. I'm
sorry.

Please do post a new thread; someone with more tact - and someone
who's not leaving on vacation first thing tomorrow - will surely
answer. Perhaps put REPOST in the subject line to make sure someone
picks it up.

Again... my fault on both counts, and I apologize.
