EULA agreement keeps popping up

After installing some hotfixes and patches every time I
open Excel or Outlook, I get asked to accept an EULA.
This does not occur for Word. Any suggestions as to how
to fix this?

Hi, Gerard,

Try logging into the machine as the administrator, and accepting the EULA.
This should take care of the problem.
