EULA Agreement

We have Compaq PC (PIII / 256 MB RAM) preinstalled with
Windows 98 and Word 2000. We upgraded to Windows 2000
Professional recently. We reinstalled windows 2k and word
after formatting the Machine.
Any domain user of Windows 2000 Prof. tries to open any
document of Word it prompts for EULA agreement and user
has to accept the agreement each time he tries to open a
Word file.
Please provide any patch / solution to above problem.

Log on as the Administrator and accept the EULA.
