EULA error message on login?

Recently installed a new Hard Drive, and Win Vista vs Win XP as the OS. Then
installed Office 2003 from the CDs that came initially with the computer. I
entered the prodeuct key, and the program indicates that it is activated.
But I continue to receive the EULA message every time I log into the program.
I've purchased Office 2007 upgrade but am afraid to install it, until I get
this EULA issue solved. Any ideas?
