EULA - How do I stop it?

I have a new vista ultimate system with Office Professional and keep getting
the EULA everytime I access an office application. How do I stop this?
Also Outlook is running extremely slowley - it takes a couple of seconda to
recognise a mouse click or selection of a folder or selection from the Menu
items. Why is this occuring. Any HELP much appreciatede. DELL have been
totally unhelpful even though the system was just purchased from them at
£2000.

Try this Microsoft article.
You must accept the EULA every time you start an office program.

Also you should call Microsoft tech support, but i suspect they wont give
you free support as your office is preinstalled. If you ordered it
separately.. that is it came in a Microsoft packing you might be eligible for
free support

I should have pointed out that this is in regedit after the 11.0 part. The
'Permissions' tab is NOT there???
