Eula keeps apearing administrator dosent work

Hi there sorry to repeat a question that already exists on the board but non
of the answers so far address the problem.
I have small business office 2003 and vista ultimate everytime i launch any
office product the eula pops up and ask for acceptance GRRRRR very anoying i
rang microsoft and they said it because they are both oem versions they would
have to charge me £40.00 to use the support system which i begrudge after
updateing my system from xp and office 2000 just 2 weeks ago. anyway sorry
about the rant but if anyone has a soloution i would love to know many thanks
in advance JP

Hi PEOPLE found out how to stop this problem took some work but here it is:

force quit your pc (ie hold down the power button on the pc) when the
computer restarts it will give you the option to start in safe mode. start
the computer in safe mode and then launch any of your office products when
the eula apears accept it. than shut down the pc (not restart) wait a few
second and then turn on your pc launch your office product and the eula will
no longer appear. Hope this helps as there has been alot of posts on this
subject but no real answers (that i could find anyway) at least this saved
me paying microsoft £40.00 for tec support. good luck and happy computing
