EULA Pop Up in Window 7

Hello, I run a laptop with Window 7 and Office 2003 which I installed. Did
'typical' install of Office
2003 Basic Ed., ativated OK, but each and every time I open Outlook the EULA
window pops up and it gets annoying to have to click to accept every time fo
each of the M-Office programs
Is there a way to get rid of the EULA pop-up?
