Accepting the EULA requires permission to write the
acceptance to the registry. See if logging in as
administrator to accept the agreeement solves it
for you.

It does not here. I am logged on as and administrator and still get the EULA nag. I tried repairing and that did not fix it. Any more ideas on this issue?
