Eurekaware error message

When I try to open one of my contacts, I keep getting the message, "you must
connect Eurekaware com add-in before using this form." How do I do this?
I've tried going to the tools, trust center, add-ins, manage com add-ins,
then press "go". I continue to get the message.

Don't you think the people who produce Eurekaware would be a better source
for the solution? It is their form that's causing the problem, after all.
