What should i do cause want to send mail on task rejection to the users
saying that he/her task has been rejected....

I wouldn't bother. Experience is that automated emails get treated as spam
and user setup rules to delete them. Better to make rejection training
include informing the user. Reasons can then be included or requests for
more info.
