Hello,

Can someone please help me find out what is causing this erro. Every
workstation application log is registering this error when using word. and
word hangs and crash the the workstation. All workstation are using xp
professional svr pack 2 and office 2003 svp pack 2.

faulting application winword.exe version 11.0.6568.0 stamp 42e178a5 faulting
module kmxl4098.dll, version 4.0.9.8, stamp 432161e5 debug?0, fault address
0x000460c3

The faulting module suggests a problem with your Kyocera Mita
printer driver. Make sure the printer driver is installed
locally, even if the printer is on a network. See item 2(c) at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/ProbsOpeningWord.htm for more
information. You might also check the Kyocera website for an
updated printer driver appropriate to your printer model and
operating system.

Thank you for your reply. I do have a questions, how do you determine that
is a kyocera mita printer driver. We do have two printers that we just aquiry
as lease. The printer driver where installed locally but not were install
from the server 2003 to see if this will help the problem. I was just
wondering what help you determine that it was a kyocera mita printer.

By the dll cited in the error: kmxl4098.dll.
