event log 27

Hi,
I use Outlook 2007 with exchange 2007 on windows XP SP3.
My application log gets flooded with
event log 27, source Outlook , description The operation failed.Any clues
how to avoid/stop them.

Normally this error is related to the offline address book. Is there nothing
about the OAB mentioned?
