Events and other issues in Entourage 2004 & Exchange/Outlook

Now that I¹ve upgraded to Office 2004, it can now interact with my company¹s
Exchange server. I¹ve sync¹d mail, contacts, calendar, etc. However, I¹ve
run into two issues with the way events are showing up on the Calendar in
Outlook/on the Exchange server:

1. All of my events are there but if someone else wants to send an
invitation and checks ³Attendee Availability² in Outlook, they don¹t see
those times as blocked off. Any idea why?

2. The one exception to this are events that are flagged as ³All Day Events²
(e.g., birthdays). These are showing up as day-long appointments in
Outlook/Exchange. Is there anyway to post that sort of event to Entourage so
it doesn¹t take place at a specific time but doesn¹t show up as an all-day
appointment?

For anyone else who might be considering using this, a word of caution
when my entourage address book sync¹d via Exchange, it blew away all of my
contact categories several hundred contacts are now all ³unspecified²,
toasting my rules-based mail management and also deleted a number of
³e-mail only² contacts. I have no idea why.

I cannot answer your questions, I only have more:

3. Similar to 1, when I have a meeting request on my own calendar in
Entourage, it fails to appear in Outlook on my PC.
