events hidden

Hi people,
I have added holidays and official days for two countries.
However, on the day of event, I can not see it on the calender.
There is a field on the weekly calnder at the very top. its color is
different
from the normal calnder. its grey. when i click on it and drag it down,
then the event appears. I mean the events are hidden on this field.
I dont know why this weird field lies there anyway.
Anyone can help me?

I am having the same problem. Have you found a fix yet?

It's not a bug it's how it works. The events are All Day Events with the
show time as set to "Free". They appear at the top of the page because
they're all day events and they are grey/white (instead of blue) because
your day isn't blocked off with them as "Busy."

Thank you for your input. I still don't understand why my all-day events are
in a grayed-out box with no visible text. This problem only occurs when I am
in the 1 day view. Surely this is not how Outlook 2003 is supposed to work -
I am missing important events because I can't SEE them.

If I switch to 5 day, 7 day or 31 day view, my banners appear perfectly. I
do not share my calendar with anyone, and have never used the "show time as
free/busy/etc" function.

Also, in 1 day view, SOME of my US holidays appear as a banner and some do
not. Some of my all-day events are centered within the banner, and some are
left-aligned.
