I just want to track my day of work. Here is the situation...
I woul like to create the following tasks: (SettleIn, Meeting, Bug Fixes,
Developement, Team Assist, Lunch, Etc). Now as soon as I come into Office, I
start the task 'SettleIn' with the timer on, as soon as I am done with
settling, then I would like to start 'Development' starting the timer on this
task, suppose while doing this, I get a call for a bug fix, then I would like
to start the task 'Bug Fixes' with the timer started, once I am done with
this, I would like to resume the activity Development...So on. By the end of
day I will know the list of things that is done.
In a not so well planned or in a work place where lots of unexpected things
come up, it is better to record things down.
Do you guys suggest if we can do this with Outlook or anyother tool?
