Every appointment in calendar resets to today

One user at our Exchange 2000 site has some setting somewhere in the store that makes every appointment she tries to make, after highlighting a date and time frame and adding a new appointment default to the current date. This happens on every computer she logs on (not client related). It has to do something with her account settings stored in the Store. Any idea to reset this, aside from creating an entirely different mailbox for her ?
