outlook 2007- make appointment without having my own name in it.

Hello,

since a month we work with Outlook 2007 in combination with Exchange 2007.
One of our secretaries has a question that I can't solve for her:

She want to make an appointment for her boss and, for example a colleague.
When she make the appointment, she is automatically member of that
appointment and the appointment shows up in her agenda. But she will not take
part of the meeting and therefore she don't want the appointment in her own
agenda.

Is it possible to make an appointment without having you're own name in it?

Thanx for helping!

greetings, Tjeuke

she needs to open the boss's calendar and make it on his calendar directly.
