How do I set up a meeting for every fourth week day? (I can't seem to find
the option as it includes weekends...) Thanks in advance for any help.

Weekly, every Thursday (or Wednesday, depending on when your week starts).

assuming you mean every 4th working day and not the 4th work day of every
week, you can't do it in outlook. you'd need to create it in excel and
import our use ws.repeat appointment addin.
