Everything gone but Form

I went into Access startup options and unchecked
everything in hopes my database would be used primarily
for data entry. However, now I can't undo these changes
because the necessary "Tools" menu and all toolbars are
no where to be found. Someone please help!

Hold down the Shift key while opening the database, and see if that
opens it with the normal menus.

Try to:
open mdb with shift, right-click on any menu/toolbar, select menu, click
reset
