Outlook 2003 shows two exact duplicate "Personal Folders" that are both
updating as new information is added to either one. There is only one .PST
file which includes these "ghosted" "Personal Folders" folders. Neither one
can be closed or renamed. There is only one profile in use on this PC.
Checking Mail Setup/Outlook - Data files shows only a single data file
choice. There is one single MAPI Outlook address book. (Windows XP Pro, I
believe but am not 100% that the second "Personal Folders" folder was there
on conversion to Office 2003).
