If you look at a worksheet does Ctrl+End point to something far
away from the data, If that is not the problem then the rest of
this post is not the solution to your problem.
Reset All Lastcells in the Active Workbook (#resetall)
Reset Last Used Cell

Since you have only one sheet then the manual solution
might not take too long. Say you want cell F75 to
be the last cell. in the Name box to the left of the
formula bar enter G:IV then edit, delete
then into the name box enter 76:65536 then edit, delete
then file, save
