Can anyone tell me who conducts exams for Excel MVP? What sort of
questions they ask? How to prepare for it?

Obviously; the words 'valuable' and 'Excel' are oxymorons


I mean; the 10 billion spreadsheets that have been created by the 10
million monkeys that give a shit about Excel?

collectively all of these spreadsheets aren't worth a single penny.
