Exceeding Admin Rights for sending

When sending email to more than 50 people, recieve
Exceeding Admin rights for sending error. tried putting
individual email addresses into distribution lists, that
only allows 42 people. What can I do or is this a maximum
number you can't change?

You need to talk with whomever provides your e-mail account. (It is a
server side setting to reduce the chances the corporate/isp server is used
to send spam.)
