G Guest Oct 7, 2004 #2 hi, xl2k in version 9 so i am guessing that verion 4 is just too old. you may need to upgrade.

There is an Excel viewer, that you can download from the Microsoft web site, that allows you to view and print files: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...49-91DA-4110-8595-4A960D3E1C7C&displaylang=EN
