Excel 07 Errors When Saving

All of a sudden I've started to receive the following message when I try to
save my excel files:

Errors were detected while saving FILENAME. Excel may be able to save the
file by removing or repairing some features

A lot of the time the file then saves with no problems. Never had this
before, now the 2 files I have used for months both started to get this
problem at the same time. Any idea what is going on?

Have you tried repairing (reinstalling) your Office installation?
