How to set margins for Page Setup in inches in Excel 10 on Mac?

In Word, we can go to Preferences->General and change the Measurement unit
to inches, but in Excel there is no such option. How to change the margins
units to inches in Excel 10?

XLv.X takes its measurements from the operating system. To change to
inches, open System Preferences/International pane and change the
measurement units to inches.

FWIW, XL04 allows you to set measurement units in the Preferences.
