Excel 2000 and Sap Gui 6.20

Hello,

after opening an Excelsheet out of the Sap Gui 6.20
Business Explorer, Excel sometimes stop responding without
an errormessage.
Excel and Sap Gui are used on a Citrix Metaframe
Terminalserver.
(Excel 2000, Sap Gui 6.20 P32, W2K SP3, Citrix MF XP SP2)
Do anybody know such an error?
Please help!
