I am in trouble with excel 2000. Opening excel files with one user it
displays me a blank screen: cartel1 (the defatul file name) should be opened,
but I don't see any cell, nor the sheet buttons (close, minimize, ...). I
cannot open any other file, i can only save my document (but what, it's
blank...). If I open an existing doc it happens the same thing.
The same document opened by another user on the same pc, or on another
machine works great. The same document opened by the same (domain) user on
another pc works. No roaming profiles.
I tried to delete the user's profile and let windows re-create it, but with
no success.
No viruses were found on the pc. No errors in event log.
Please help me!!!
