Excel 2000 crashes when opening up a certain spreadsheet

Whenever I try to open up a certain spreadsheet in Excel, I receive the
following error:

Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry.....

The Error signature reads:

AppName: excel.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.2719 ModName: excel.exe
ModVer: 9.0.0.2719 Offset 0008411c

I also have the technical information, if needed. PLEASE HELP!! I can open
any other spreadsheet, but not this one.
