Unable to open Excel file/workbook that was created in Excel 2000.
After making changes and saving the file in Excel 2003, the file becomes corrupted
When reopening the file, here is the sequence of events
Prompt to enable macros: enable
First error message:
Unable to open file
But if you click ok, you will be prompted to enable macros again
Second error message (cut and pasted from log)

The following is a list of repairs
Renamed one or more invalid names
PivotTable report 'PivotTable1' on '[39020_Denver.xls]Do_Not_Use' was discarded due to integrity problems
PivotTable report 'PivotTable1' on '[39020_Denver.xls]Actual_Bud_Pivot' was discarded due to integrity problems
*note-all the latest Microsoft release updates have been applied to both operating systems and Office
