in excel 2000 my combination list-edit and combination
drop down function are not available to me what do I need
to do to make this happen. Thanks

They're not available in worksheets. They are only available on a now
outdated Excel 5 Dialog sheet, which can still be inserted into a workbook
by Right-Clicking a sheet tab and using the Insert command on the shortcut
menu.
