Excel 2000

Does anybody know how to a paste a set of rows multiple
times within a worksheet without having to resort to a
paste for each instance.

e.g. I have 10 rows of populated cells. I want to paste
this 100 times in exactly the same format. The
conventional and long way would be to paste individually
100 times. Is there a way to paste the 10 rows once to get
1000 replicated cells?

shaukat,

Copy the 10 rows, and then simply select your 1000 other rows (or 990, if
you want to end up with exactly 1000 rows) and hit paste. Excel wants one of
three things when pasting:

1) a single cell (or row or column)
2) exactly the same number of cells
3) an even multiple of cells (multiple of rows and /or columns)
