Excel 2002 and Vista

Hello All!

I have seen no reason to change from Excel 2002 for my purposes. I did
search and I found quite a lot of contradictory advice but will Excel
2002 work with Vista?

It does, but since Excel 2002 is out of support phase, it is
"unsupported". Basically means if you have some issue you discover that
doesn't work as you expect, it isn't going to get fixed.

Yes I know that is so but the only thing I would have like to have seen
fixed is its random number generator. For the few times that I need good
random numbers and things related to them like Gaussian distributions, I
have a work around, slower perhaps but adequate.
