Excel 2002: How to eliminate varying spacings betwen text?

I wish to eliminate different number of spacing between text, may II know
what formula must I key in at cell B1 and copy down to get the answer ?

Do a find and replace. For "Find what" use a space, for Replace just
leave it blank.
