S ShaneDevenshire Nov 1, 2008 #2 Hi, If you are going to install an upgrade, the install routines usually check for an earlier version, so don't uninstall 97 first. What's happening when you run the install fot he 2002 upgrade? A side issue - why upgrade to 2002? I would suggest 2003 at least.
