Excel 2002

We recently upgraded to Office Professional XP. When
opening old worksheets created under Office 97 we are
receiving the error as follows: ERROR LOADING ADD-INS
I can't seem to find a solution to stop the messages.

Tools>Addins>Browse to find them. Addins created in XL97 will still work in
XP.
