User gets an Outlook e-mail with a spreadsheet attached, she opens in in
Excel 2003 and it opens just fine. She clicks on File>Save As>hourglass
spins for "hours" and it does not save.
Have checked for "over quota" on the domain by deleting items from My
Documents and the Desktop to no avail.
