It meets the minimum specs, though I doubt that the performance will
be stellar with larger workbooks:

One key thing is your opertaing system, though; you can't run it on
the Windows 9x family (including ME), so you may need to upgrade to
Windows XP.

I run with an AMD 900MHz processor, but with 512MB of RAM, and it does pretty
much everything I want it to do. Subject to the caveat re the OS that Hank
flagged, it should run fine, but I really would consider another 256MB of RAM to
take you to 512MB.
