excel 2003 crash

dear support,
i am running excel 2003 on server Windows 2000 Server SP4 in terminal server
application mode, when I try to access i get the following error:

Faulting application excel.exe, version 11.0.5612.0, stamp 3f39ff9d,
faulting module user32.dll, version 5.0.2195.7133,

stamp 45ed4dda, debug? 0, fault address 0x00010520.
