Excel 2003 Crashed need help !

Office 2003 MS Excel crashes with the following error.
recorded in the event log.

event id 1000
Faulting module mgxlui_r.dll, version 8.0.1.0

This happens when you try to print preview the excel workbook. It happens
about once every few days and sometimes2-3 times a day. It happens with any
document and using different printers. It only happens to this one
workstation. I have already formated the drive and re-installed XP pro and
office with all current service packs.

What is the module mgxlui_r.dll ? and how to trouble shoot this problem that
occures randomly ?

Hi,

You might want to check this issue with the Excel group.
Also, you could try running a search for that dll file and rename it to .old
and restart the machine and check the status.
