When trying to open an Excel file created by Office XP with Excel 2003, the
program crashes. This file contains some Adobe pictures but works with the
XP version.
Those pictures were moved to a Power Point 97 file and when trying to open
them with Office 2003 power point, this program crashes, as well.
This indicates that there is a common issue with Office 2003 that both XP
and 97 Office programs do not have.
What can be done to open this file with office 2003 excel and power point.
A copy of the file can be provided if someone would like to review it.
