on certain spot on the spreadsheet, thereafter while
trying to shift the cursor to some other spot on the
spreadsheet, noticed that the cursor have already
repositioned itself at the centre of the horizontal scroll
bar. Consequence is that instead of dragging the cursor to
the spot I want, the spreadsheet is being scrolled to
somewhere else instead.

Hi,
Just installed XP office into my new notebook running on
discovery. While using Excel, I have positioned the cursor
on certain spot on the spreadsheet, thereafter while
trying to shift the cursor to some other spot on the
spreadsheet, noticed that the cursor have already
repositioned itself at the centre of the horizontal scroll
bar. Consequence is that instead of dragging the cursor to
the spot I want, the spreadsheet is being scrolled to
somewhere else instead.
