Excel 2003 data disappearing, excel freeze

Hi,
I am having problem using excel 2003 with data disappearing when the program
is just running & when I click ALT+TAB to switch excel to excel, excel just
freezes.
For example, all the fields in excel are filled with numbers. (File size:
840kb)
All of sudden, data disappears and excel screen starts to flicker. Then
about 2 seconds later, data comes back.
Another question is when I switch from 1 excel file to other using ALT+TAB,
excel freezes.
First I thought it was the video card. (IBM T61 Nvidia Quadro 128mb) but
it’s happening to my home computers (ATI Radeon 128mb & Nvidia GeForce 128mb)
Please help.
Oh, I also have the screen shot when the data disappears.

Hi David,

I managed to find a fix for this. In my case it was the intellipoint
software for a wireless keyboard and mouse. I uninstalled the software and
it has fixed the issue.
