Excel 2003 default file location always jump to .....\Proof Help

In Excel 2002 and the default location have already set to my favour location
(click Tools\Options\....\default..). Everything is OK.
However when upgrade to Excel 2003. When Open file, it always jump to
c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof. The default location
showed under Toos\Options... was set and seems OK but can't work.

Please help !!!
