Excel 2003 - Matrix work with tables

I have two tables. Both have headers across the top and down the left side.



What I need to do is fill in the second table by matching the info in its
headers with those in the first table and pulling the data at the juncture.



What is your recommendation on the best way to accomplish this task.

You can use =index(match()) for this kind of thing.
