Excel 2003 Opening in Black & White

For the past 3 weeks every time I open an Excel Workbook it opens up in Black
& White. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works. Can
someone please help me??

Any resolution would be greatly appreciated.

Have you the same problem with 'Word' and 'Internet Explorer'?

Any Excel workbook or just a particular one?

By "black and white" do you mean colored cells do not show as colored?

Might be this problem........................

The Windows High Contrast setting.

By Black and White I mean the entire application has not color. The scroll
bars, the grid color everything is Black and White.
