Inserting - &[Page] &[Pages] in a footer prints 13, 23, 33 without the "of"
between or am I doing something wrong?

You are absolutely correct.

If you want the "of" between, then put the "of" between, i.e.:
&[Page] of &[Pages]

Hi EddieC-

The buttons only insert the codes that call for specific bits of information
to be inserted. If you want to include any literal text, spacing or
punctuation you have to type it yourself.
