Excel 2003: Pivot table value field settings

Is there a quicker way to change all the value field settings in a pivot
table from Sum to Average without having to go through and manually change
them all?

Any help would be appreciated!!

There's nothing built in, but you could change them all with
programming. There's a free add-in here that has a command to change all
the data fields to Average:
